My clinical and academic work centres on metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD) and the wider field of metabolic liver disease. I lead a hospital tele-hepatology service, direct the Lipo-Metabolic Liver Academy, and am a certified Clinical Trial Principal Investigator.
I also teach the public: my Arabic patient-education talks help people understand and protect their liver health.
